That year was great. It was awesome to see Lincoln destroy PNG and Nederland one last time Think my Bumblebees won 56 to 6 against the Dogs that year. Quote

pakronos Posted September 30, 2017 Author Report Posted September 30, 2017 IMO either he ain't that special or they scraping the bottom of the barrel cause last year he got in on special teams a couple of times otherwise was on the sideline... remember what is special to mid county is a dime a dozen to PA.... seen them all. tvc184 Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 Nederland hasn't really played anyone but neither has PAM. Nederland has started slowly in every game on defense. Against Dayton, Livingston and Baytown Lee that is okay. I don't think it will be okay against PAM. If Nederland starts slowly again, it might be 28-7 at the half and no real way to mount any challenge. PAM might have this one about 42-14. Quote
purpleeagle Posted October 1, 2017 Report Posted October 1, 2017 Wow, Memorial enrollment is 2098 Nederland 1596 PN-G 1447 Vidor 1414 502 more kids in PA than in Nederland. Thank goodness PA got out of the 6A. It stands to reason that PA has a big advantage. Those Nederland refs must to have been at the Vidor game last year. Quote

Stop crying cause next year the mutts gonna keep taking this whipping when they go with the titans to play with the big boys. Also im sure they have students that won't be returning making that number smaller. Also when pam takes the field, they don't have 100 players suited up. They might have 10 more than the mutts... Everyone knew that a year ago when they came down . Now we gotta man up and deal with it. They can be beaten though. I think if games are close and competitive PAm coach will give you your chances. If anything coaches and players should look forward to the matchup because it's the closest in talent to dfw and Houston playoff talent we will get in 5a round here. I know our matchup with them this year was circled as soon as they recovered that onside kick late last game. Quote

Just want to add an onside kick that should have never been attempted due to when png ran it 4th down, he was short by a yard!! Quote

Refs had nothing to do with that A$$ whooping PAM took in Vidor last year. Out coached and outplayed. We’ve never got the benefit of calls from a ref. Just look at the penalty numbers of us versus our opponents over the years. Got give credit where credit is due. Now this year we may take a whooping we will have to wait an see. Quote
