PNG will win this district with ease... you heard it here first!!

I don't know about that, we are stout on offense but the defense is young and they are png defense smh, We should have never let Livingston get across the 50. Pooch kick after our second kickoff because we cant seem to tackly. Our Defense needs to mature quickly all these cupcake games are about to end. When PAM comes to town it will be a real test for our offense, they seem to be on point on their defense. Sounds like PAM s passing game isn't as advertised. NED seemed to be firing on all cylinders on defense as well. I listened to the game as I watched PNG very entertaining to follow. Hopefully there were no injuries.

What a game! I am thinking Nederland might grab the 3rd spot after all. Depending on Vidor

Nederland is definitely in the top 3. The reason I predicted a tight game was because one bulldog stadium and the zebras. Two, Nederland was banged up pretty bad last year. A healthy Nederland team is always a threat. Now healthy, they can win out. Rivalry games can go either way when they play png. Vidor won't be facing the same bulldogs from last year as they are now full strength. Game will be tight against vidor

I think the Ned vs Vidor game will be very close, and a lot more scoring.  Just hope the Pirates have the right man running the clock.

I looked up and I seen the spaceship flying over bulldog stadium , dropping off aliens and many bulldogs getting abducted..   So they do exist....

Finally, proof.  I've been sayin' it for ten dam years.

my game balls goes to the Kenny Pham and the Memorial Kicker( sorry can't remember his name). Pham did an excellent job of pinning Nederland deep in their territory on a couple of drives and without those two field goals the game would have gone into OT or if both are not made PAM loses 10-7.(i have no doubt Nederland would have made the field goal)

Even as a Nederland fan, I agree with you. He made one that would’ve been good from 50

He was  huge part of the game and was a huge part of the win.  In addition to his field goals, he pinned Nederland inside the 20 on all his kickoffs, kicked em high and deep.  Overall, Memorial dominated the kicking game and Nederland was sloppy which hurt their chances to win.  The had two kickoffs out of bounds, got pinned deep on two kickoff returns, let a punt bounce deep between two returners.  The Memorial punter also had a good night pinning Nederland deep.  Outside of Nederland stuffing the fake punt, Memorial dominated the special teams and made a huge difference in the outcome.

Isn't Pham the kicker as well?

From what I hear PAM is no threat of airing it out on offense...the run alone may get you by in district but come 2nd rd of playoffs and there after you meet up with teams that will shut the run game Manvel, Temple, cedar Park etc.

So here's the deal, Jones  isn't Harrison  while playing qb but he will hit the wide open receiver. He does have td passes this season.  Teams lining up to stop the run will soon  find out. Remember  he's  a load to tackle while running.

    • SMH Silsbee will not tank against WO-S. Just won't happen. Mustangs were just that much better than Silsbee. Besides, #3 seed basically has to play the same teams as #2 seed other than first round. From what I saw with Sweeny and Brookshire, BR was the better team than Sweeny.
    • For sure.  They can take it to anyone if they want it, and if they play with the intensity that they had last Thursday.  Last Thursday game reminded me of the last 2 season's teams.
    • The numbers on those charts reflect all age groups and not just HS age Students. Another thing to remember,  some parents of school age kids might work in neighboring districts and choose to have their child in the district they are employed.  Not always the case but it is something to remember
    • We have a new apartments complex being built in Mont Belvieu. You’re going to need to update that chart.😂
