If you believe in lagging indicators, then you must give full credit to Bush for getting Bin Laden, but we already know what your hypocritical stance will be.

Do you realize that the Republicans controlled Congress at the end of Bill and Obama's final terms? So shouldn't you be thanking the Republican controlled Congress for these numbers? If not, please give some policy examples from both presidents that lead you to believe both are responsible for these unemployment numbers. I think I just heard the sonic boom resulting from you running from these questions.
