cards_mom Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 Isn't he if he wasn't the starting pitcher?
3amagic Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 Dishon is eligible to return to the hill if he stayed in the game.
silly365 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 so tell me the pitcher after dishon did he toe the rubber before they put dishon back in?
silly365 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 hmm not sure- but dont think he can come back in but oh well
cards_mom Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 thanks! Â learn something new everyday! Â and what does that mean if he toed the rubber?
bear Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 The releiver can return to the mound if he stayed on the field. He can even leave again and return up to once an inning. Â The only pitcher that can leave the game and return to pitch is the starter. This just never happens around here.
ballboyz Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 sources say: dishon throws one pitch. goes to CF. new pitcher throws to two batters and dishon is called back to pitch. This is second hand info
adminbaberuth Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 If Dishon toe the rubber as a relief pitcher and the umpire made him throw to a batter he is ineligible to return as a relief pitcher as the starting pitcher is only allowed to return.
