Since tamu’s lone Championship in Football, Texas has won four and former Aggie coaches have won two!

Aggie Championship t-shirts were eaten by moths 50 years ago!!

Aggies won a game in November! 

Aggies were the brunt of many cruel jokes. 

Aggies were the laughing stock of the SWC, Big XII, and now the $EC!

Lot of truth in that article.  A&M will never be able to compete consistently with big brother.   They will get some steam at times, they will register with some kids who “get” Aggieland and are a great fit.  But by and large, it’s a rather large 8 ball they’re behind.  

I use an example that for a couple of summers, we would bring a group of kids to B/CS for a basketball tournament   By the second summer, the kids (HS kids) were whining incessantly about having to go there and a couple made excuses why they couldn’t   One left early with a similar excuse.  Of the other 8, only one enjoyed themselves there.   We removed an otherwise good tournament from the schedule as a result.  

The same outfit also hosts a tournament in San Antonio.  Kids loved that one.

The first one on your list was CFB which I’m assuming means College Football.  

Are we talking about championship level for 6a HS Football or what?  I think they would definitely be favored over Katy and Allen to win it all this year.
