The crazy part is that last years Central team went 4-4 in district play, lost to Nederland but still got in the playoffs.  This years team will finish 5-3, has beaten Nederland but is currently on the outside looking in and could be sitting at home while Nederland gets in...

Without knowing the facts, this could have happened in a number of scenarios. A couple of those scenarios would have no the coach and staff having no clue the player was ineligible. Hold off on the blame game until the story comes out.

no blame to be laid on anyone - its hard to keep ahead of all the uil rules and eligibility is a B------- !!!        evidently the coaching staff and administration addressed the issue correctly - it was handled in house and reported to the proper channels - cant ask for mush more than that
