For clarity to those that don't want to scroll back.  

 

Kingwood Park @ Humble -

IN

KWP Win and BH Lose

OUT

All other scenarios

 

Barbers Hill @ Porter -

IN

BH Win

BH Lose and KWP Lose

OUT

BH Lose and KWP win 

 

New Caney @ Crosby - 

CO-CHAMPS if New Caney Wins. (That's how 21-5a works.) 

#1 DIV2 Seed up for Grabs if Kingwood Park makes the playoffs. 

Crosby Outright Champs and DIV2 #1 with a win. 

Both teams will be #1 seeds if BH makes playoffs. NC being #1 seed in DIV1, Crosby in DIV2.
