Remember them playing Central extremely tough in Katy at regionals the year the Jags went to State. They are usually really solid. TxHoops
And I still believe that Central team wins it all that year if Toe Toe doesn’t get injured in the first quarter against Kimball. Ok, back on topic... BMTSoulja1 and Bigcam2903

Ok, back on topic... had 8 point so in the first 3 minutes. No answer from Kimballs post players. Nijal had an epic performance though. That is the season openers for those teams. Beaumont Central will be playing.

I think I’m going to try to get over there in time for that game. Anyone know how big the Campbell Center is? Will seating be an issue? DXTR
Would like to see Sam Houston/ College Park. Just curious what the seating situation will be like. May have to get there way early.

Kountzer
I've been there once or twice, when It first opened. 6400 sounds about right. Seating should not be a problem. TxHoops

I may have to catch a few of their games this season. I think they have a set of twins playing for them. TxHoops

About a week ago
WOS beat PNG in a four period running clock game. Then PNG won the two "live game scenario" OT style 4 minute periods. WOS has some kids that can shoot the ball, look out for them to make a run. As for PNG tough district

Kountzer
I haven't paid much attention to Eisenhower HS in the 2 decades I've lived in this area. Before there were not many parks and places where the children can run hoops in this area. I think the police & civic leaders are afraid if they put up basketball pavilions the thugs will hang out there. Theres some credence to that, but still the kids need to play somewhere. A year or so ago They put up a boys club in the area, over W Montgomery & Gulf Bank. The rise in Ike's b ball team is probably closely tied to that. They still need more parks in this area.
