RIP Roy Halladay

[About a week ago]

As I'm sure most of you know, 2x Cy Young award winner Roy Halladay was killed in a plane crash earlier yesterday. He leaves behind a wife and two children. RIP 'Doc' you were one of the best. He is eligible in 2019 for HOF induction. Prayers go out to his family, friends, and former teammates. He was 40 years old.

 Sheriff's Office Marine Unit responded to the accident after a call at noon, reporting a sport plane having crashed upside down into shallow water. The plane was reported to be Halladay's, and he had tweeted in the past about his excitement about acquiring the plane, which was reportedly registered in the name of Halladay's father, a retired commercial pilot.
