Tenaha is not in the SETXsports coverage area for football.

That confusing since you include teams that are farther out of the SETX area than Tenaha, and they're not playing a team in the SETX area. Just Saying.

Nothing confusing at all. SETXsports has a list of core SETXsports.com teams.  Those teams, plus teams that are in those UIL districts are considered in our rankings. 

For what it is worth, if Tenaha were eligible for the SETXsports rankings, the likelihood is high that the Tigers would have several votes for the #1 spot in our 2A-Private Poll.....I know they'd have mine.

It's clearer now....I have these senior moments.

East Chambers should have been ranked. HF loss was bad, but they were better than Buna and Coldsprings IMO.

Really proud of my Newton Eagles.  Thought this might be a rebuilding year with 25 sophs and juniors and only 8 seniors but the underclassmen really played well.  Before it's over this could be one of the best teams we've ever had.  No doubt next year will be if we can avoid injuries.
