We got every receiver ranked higher than Preston in the state.  Not sure that one is a fit on either side.  But for the rest, let the raiding begin!

Yea but I've seen Preston live and I just love his playmaking ability which I think the offense can lack at times...I really want either him or Waddle

Ags Fire their coach after going 8-4.  Horns celebrate 6-6 and making a bowl game finally.  This isn’t last year....

Question:   Will the new coach have A&M’s schedule crafted by Gigi’s too or naw?  Asking for a friend.

P.S.  the friend is actually every non-gomer, full-set-of-teeth having, football knowledgeable person who has known the fraud being perpetuated on aggy for years now.

BUT!   SEC!  SEC!  SEC!

I’m not real excited about the move if it’s true.  This year may have been Sumlin’s best coaching job so far playing a team full of freshman.  Why he is playing a team full of freshman in year 6 is another issue and that’s on him.

The way the big money guys at A&M have handled this whole deal has been pretty ridiculous.  They better be right and bring in a big name or this will get ugly.  If they settle for Chad Morris or someone similar the TexAgs servers will melt.

Chip Kelly to decide between UCLA & Florida in the next few days.  It seems he fits better in the Pac 12, but Florida will be a bigger challenge if that’s what he’s looking for.

This is the hidden content, please

If it was USC, it would be a done deal.  An astute Joel Klatt brought up an interesting point today, Kelly is very close with Phil Knight.  While UA desperately wants him at their new flagship school, it may work against UCLA.   I would be leery if I was Florida as well because as soon as SC figures out Helton needs to go, Kelly will be feeling the pull of the West Coast.  My bet is Florida for now but we’ll see.

Don’t get this at all for Florida State.  I think he could be very good at A&M though.

Until he starts getting hate mail.

That Aggy fan base is difficult, at best, to please!

Sumlin will win a championship after leaving like all great Aggie coaches do!

He has been lucky his entire career. He gets a lot of credit for nothing. Stepped into the UofH job, a already built program that had players. His QB was some guy named Case Keenum, and an offensive genius at OC in Dana Holgorsen. He then heads to A&M and brings Kilff Kingsbury with him, who served as OC Sumlin's last season at UofH. They get to A&M and guess who s waiting...heisman trophy winner Johnny Maziel. Since that 2012 season, and the departure of Kingsbury, it's has been a decline. Can't keep QB's in the program. Thank God for Trevor Knight who saved the 2016 season, and Sumlin's job for one more season. Just my opinion based on some facts.

You know, you may be right.  Even great coaches may just have a ceiling of average at A&M (Bear, Stallings, etc.).  Maybe it’s just the smell, errr Spirit of Aggyland....

Aggies best bet may be to keep Sumlin and hire Kliff back.

This would keep their recruits in place!
