The East Chambers Buccaneers take the next step in their 2017 playoff journey as they take on the Teague Lions in Class 3A, Division I area round play tonight!  Russ Sutherland's Buccaneers, 7-3 on the season, advanced to this round with a 35-12 win over Buna.  Meanwhile, the Lions, 9-2 on the season and the champions of District 9-3A-I, advanced to this round with a 40-14 victory over Cameron Yoe.

The winner of this game will face the winner of the Franklin/La Marque area round matchup, which will be played tomorrow at 1.

That was some onslaught in the second half. Outscored us 17-14.
