If I did 3 polls, I would do top 8 6A-5A, top 10-12 4A-3A and top 6 2A-1A. -

Actually, doing three polls is easier. Less teams to work with. Problem is the 2A-1A poll. Only 22 teams and several of those are not ranking worthy. -
