I'm curious how this fund works or how money is obtained.  Say a congressperson wanted to just give taxpayers money to a friend.  Is this just a blank check they can write?  Wonder how it came into existence?  I could goggle it I guess, but it's so asinine, and ridiculous, any info wouldn't affect my opinion.

As I think on it, doesn't the fund itself almost encourage them to be sexual predators?  It's okay to grope or fondle them boys, the taxpayers will pay for it.  SMDH.

Just wondering if all the Dem action is planned? They are beginning to call for each others resignation ( and a few are even saying that Bill Clinton "should have resigned") in order to "create a standard" to which they will later try to force Trump to replicate?

Franken resigned.  Seems like the Libs are sacrificing him to go after Trump and Moore.
