What are you looking for 1 piece , 2 piece, alloy , composite, balanced , enloaded? 1 piece alloy Rawlings Velo 2017 or 2018 hot out the wrapper very well balanced. 1 piece alloy Easton beast they have both a balanced model called the speed and an enload model Also they have a 2 piece called the beast x hybrid composite handle alloy barrel, they have one that is very slight enload and also one that is enloaded As far as composite goes we have hit the Louisville Prime 917 and 918 ( same bat just one is a 2017 and the other a 2018 difference is newer end cap on the 2018) very nice and balanced bat takes a few hits to break in ( 250-300) Easton Ghost X 2 piece composite imo the largest barrel in the lineup and very well balanced Also takes (250-300) to break in Rawlings Quattro is a 4 piece composite but imo the 3rd best bat of the bunch, very well balanced and like the other 2 a break in period is required Also there is a very nice and balanced 1 piece full composite by Combat called the Maxum. Huge barrel and also requires a break in period Quote

Imo you can’t go wrong with any of the bats above. We also hit a few of the Axe bats with the hyperwhip being the best a full 1 piece alloy. Didn’t care for the composite models in the Axe lineups Quote
pride at impact Posted December 20, 2017 Author Report Posted December 20, 2017 Thanks convertible. My son has been using Easton and Demarini composite. I was looking at the Marucci Cat 7 Connect which is a 2 piece composite handle alloy barrel. Look I g for something he can use this year in 14-15 Babe Ruth as well as next year as a freshman Quote
