I think it's more likely that BH ends up in District 12. For District 13, I'd replace BH with Port Lavaca Calhoun.

I think Calhoun is needed for the CC district since they don't have very many D2 schools in that area.

That’s a shame. I used live over in Dayton when the Broncos made the championship game.  I’d use to attend a lot of games and they played good football then.
