Well I for one agree that a parade is reserved for when you win state, but even so come on man give it some time. I mean all the students, players, coaches etc are all out on Christmas break and probably hard to get ahold of much less gathered together for a parade. Plus a parade requires city permits, police escorts, time to get floats decorated etc...last two years it was mid to late  January before we had a parade.

No we need a parade now and I have 400 people that disagree with you lol jk. But you are right about all of that. I’m happy the hospital district didn’t go through I’m sure he voted for one Haha

Is Spring Hill north of Longview?

Spring Hill is actually in Longview city limits on the north side towards Gilmer. Longview has 3 high schools but they are all independent of each other. Longview, Pine Tree, and Spring Hill. That is my geography lesson for the day!!!

I drove through there yesterday and it looked nice. I was looking for property in east Texas.

Agreeing with my buddy, Soulja, on this...he may get nervous...lol.

I am willing to bet that Coach T and even the aforementioned Nick Saban, would not be in favor of parades for 2nd place teams; the accomplishment is still significant to say the least and this community should be proud of the team, no doubt, but a parade is a bit much; save that for championships, please!
