Yeah, they do it on the first Monday in February.  Anything that you see before that is just speculation.  Mind you with Matt Stepp or Carl Padilla, it is pretty informed speculation, but speculation all the same.

I like the idea of adding La Marque instead of Tarkington but I put Tarkington in there mostly because of where it’s located. Now if we just added La Marque to this district then that would create a 9-team district which would be interesting if that ever happened.
