Beat #12 Vanderbilt 7-6

Lost to #7 Kentucky 7-2

Lost to #21 Mississippi St 4-1

The SHSU BEARKATS beat baylor Tuesday night 7-2 to improve their winning streak to 6 games.

The BEARKATS swept Corpus Christi this weekend 3-1, 5-3 and 9-0.  

Winning streak improves to 9 games.

Conference record: 6-0

Overall record: 16-4

A&M and Texas are both bad at baseball.  Unacceptable in a mostly southern sport.

Small schools are out recruiting and out playing them. Recruiting MLB talent is all fine and good until they never step on campus or leave after 3 years.
