It was a good game.  A little cold and misty for my liking but fortunately we had the indoor/outdoor option.  Enjoyed hosting Chase’s family and the kid definitely has a live arm.  Most contact was off the end of the bat or the handle.  He’s definitely about to get paid.

Notre Dame took 2 of 3 from #9 LSU.  ND dominated the entire series minus 2 innings on Friday when they blew a big lead.

Ags complete the sweep of a solid Rhode Island team.  The new guys look pretty solid.  Should be a fun year.

UL takes game 3 by a score of 2-1.  Texas has Lamar and a 3 game series at LSU next week.

The SHSU Bearkats took 2 out of 3 vs Kent St to win their 1st series of the season.  

Game 1: lost 7-4 

Game 2: won 5-1

Game 3: won 12-6

Scheduled to play Houston tonight at 6:30

The SHSU vs Houston game was moved to a date in April due to weather.  The BEARKATS host Cincinnati in a 3 game series this weekend.

Texas defense is falling apart behind Shugart.  1 officially scored an error, but should be 4.   Game tied at 5 in the 5th

 

Beaux Jordan with a single.  Flips the bird to the Shugart all the way down the base line.  That will get you tossed every time.

Game 2: won 3-2

Game 3: won 10-6

The BEARKATS beat Wright State Tuesday 9-1 and improve their season record to 6-1.
