What is the first thing that gets a girl on a colleges recruiting radar?

My sister has gather all the colleges that are Interested in her thru her aau team and summer camps.

With recruiting rules like they are, a kid has to play and be seen during periods (spring and summer) where they can be seen.

Coaches, parents and players also have to be actively involved!
