If this passes, you will see a direct result of fewer players participating in high school football, which will also mean less California kids playing college ball. Cali is typically among the three top states at producing D1 players (along with TX & FL). They will certainly drop out of the top three over time.

Probably the same lawmakers wanting to lock up waiters/waitresses that give straws to customers that don't ask for them.  Why would people want to live in a place ran by blooming idiots?
