WOSgrad Posted February 16, 2018 Report Posted February 16, 2018 The final playoff spot out of District 22-4A is on the line tonight as the Bridge City Cardinals take on Orangefield Bobcats in a 1 game playoff for the district's #4 seed. Larry Sterling's Cardinals finished the regular season with a 12-17 record and a 3-7 district mark. Meanwhile, Jake McDonald's Bobcats finished the regular season with a 16-16 mark and identical 3-7 district mark. The Cardinals took a 58-56 overtime win in Bridge City on January 23rd, while the Bobcats took last Friday's contest in Orangefield, 52-47. The winner of this game will face Shepherd, the District 21-4A champion in bi-district play next week.
