Did the start time for the game change ? I seen on the uil bracket that when you click on show details, it shows 5:00 instead of 7:00 start time for the game. Is this a type-o? Can someone clear this up for me, please? Thanks.

It is 7.  Remember that the times on those brackets are provided by maxpreps, which is notorious for having wrong dates and times for games.

Silsbee plays one game at a time just like everyone else. The next game is neve promised until you win the current one. Silsbee will need to play their best every night because someone is out to make a name for themselves.
