Playing good teams should build confidence heading into district.  Coach Westbrook has set up a tough schedule with quality teams.

Jasper was very sound tonight and McMillon kept hitters off balanced. Indians rested a few guys tonight after playing Round Rock Westwood, Conroe, Deer Park, Splendora and Barbers Hil over the weekend. A couple of errors in the 2nd killed them and the Dawgs took advantage, picking up 3 runs.

PNG has another tough weekend coming up with games against Manvel, Cy Falls, Summer Creek, Grapevine and Cy Creek.

I really like this Jasper team. This win will be a big confidence builder.
