Maybe the best in the state in any classification at controlling tempo.  You can beat them, but you have to beat them at “their” game.

You might not be an expert but you are 100% correct.   Any foul where a play is “not made on the ball” is technically flagrant by the rules.

Don't know a lot about Waco Connally. They don't seem to have too many impressive wins. If their listed roster is correct, they're no bigger than Silsbee either.

Didn’t realize that.  I expected Yates to win easily, but that goes a long way to explaining the deficit being as big as it was

I thought the call was on Devon but if it was I am still hollering at the ref.  He farted in front of their player and slashed at the ball.  The player went down hard but I didn’t think it was anything dirty or flagrant for that matter.

Connally plays smart ball and was ranked #17 In TABC. They have 2 good shooters and rebound well. Don't know a whole lot but Silsbee better be ready. This team almost beat Yates last year.
