The Silsbee Tigers begin 22-4A play tonight as they take on the Bridge City Cardinals.  Michael Nelson's Tigers, 9-8 on the season come off of a 13-0 loss to Hardin-Jefferson on Friday.  Meanwhile, Chad Landry's Cardinals.11-6 on the season, look to get back on the winning track after a 14-7 loss to Jasper last Thursday.

That would be my guess. But, I would not be shocked if Orangefield won a game or two that they "shouldn't".

Definitely don't think we will see four 22-4A teams in the third round of the playoffs this year.

Silsbee was destined to be down this year, from last year at least. They lost some pretty significant pieces. On top of that, two significant pieces to this years team have been lost to injury. It is not fair, but sometimes these things happen.
