Building a program is one thing, but when you have it built and the talent runs out, well that is a different story all together.

He didn’t build the program,just had amazing talent come through...

I do not think they will be bad forever either. I am in agreement with you that he had some amazing talent the last few years. He got out while the getting was good, and moved to a school that has very good talent that will be in BC for another few years. When he saw that WOS was going to be down for a couple years, he bailed to a school that appears to be loaded for the next few years. It happens.
