The Big Sandy Wildcats continue their playoff journey tonight as they take on the Weimar Wildcats in Game 1 of this Class 2A area round best of 3 series.  Big Sandy reached this round with a bi-district sweep of Mumford, 17-4 and 11-1.  Weimar swept Thrall, 9-8 and 6-4, to reach this round.

The winner of this series will face the winner of the Burton/Hollard series.
