Kalon Barnes breaks national record in the 100m

Word is Kalon “Boogie” Barnes just broke the National 100m record with a 10.04 at the State Meet.  Can anyone confirm?

I think the U.S. record in the 100 meter race is 9.68 held by Tyson Gay.  I read somewhere that most of those really really fast sub 9.7 times are tainted by drugs, including those by Usain Bolt.  They got away with it though.

An unknowledgeable high school sprinter wouldn't know anything about all that.  The pro sprinters do.

He beat the National High school time, but the wind was too high so it doesn’t officially count.  He was still flying and he pulled up at the end or he would have definitely went sub 10

Thats why they call some drugs Speed.
