Not a real victory if you look at the new policy.  All players have to do to avoid being fined/penalized, is stay in the locker room.

Btw, am I the only one that finds it strange that a liberal judge will say it’s okay to kneel for the anthem, but they expect you to stand when they walk into the courtroom?
