Has anyone ever seen the ball boy throw the ball directly to the pitcher by-passing the ump?

I think that’s the 1st three times I’ve ever seen that done, and it all happened in the bottom of the 9th with 2 strikes & 2 outs.

so the regional hosts that have zipped thru their regional W-W-W:

2. Oregon State
4. Arkansas
6. North Carolina
9. Tech
11. Stetson
13. Texas
14. Minnesota

and 3 others are on track to do so, but currently delayed by weather:

1. Florida
5. Ole Miss
8. Georgia

then the #2 or #3 seeds that cruised thru their regional W-W-W:

Auburn
Fullerton
Vanderbilt
Washington

and South Carolina is on track also.

so very, very little game 7 (if necessary) drama this year. Only the Tallahassee regional (OU vs. State) is going the distance so far.

What are you talking about?

Texas was the #1 seed, Indiana #2, & A&M was #3

Talking about how the sec overrates themselves constantly, ewpecially with their comparisons to Texas record vs. them. It was not directed at you. It gets very old.

#1 seeds fall by the wayside all the time. What matters is how we play now...... For every team.

Chase likes his balls rubbed by the ball boy.

I have a room at Harrah’s too if you want it.

Nah

I like camping out in the parking lots like Bab’s

You miss the true CWS experience in a room!!

24hr/day tailgating is the true CWS experience

Shug with a friendly zone on 2 of those strikes.

2 outs

After watching the game for 8 1/3 innings, the ump missing every close Texas pitch, not reciprocated to Indiana, UT was due.

Can you find any more excuses for TEXAS’ win?

It must really suk to discover your greatest rival is your “DADDY”

WHOOP!!!!!

The SEC is 23-5 so far in Regionals with a chance to get 8 teams in the Supers.  For those that are math challenged, 8 would be half of the 16 teams left and a new record for one conference.

Luckily for you SEC haters, the NCAA put the all of the SEC teams on 1 side of the bracket to avoid hearing everyone whine about another all SEC CWS Final.

I’m not sure how this is overrated, but if it makes you feel better to think that then go ahead.....

Meh, I hope OU loses today.  Just like you guys did before you entered the “let’s beat our chest when others accomplish things we did not” conference.  Or to be more accurate, the “keep it in the family conference.”

Why if the gomers had discovered jock riding prior to the last five or six years, think of all the bragging they could have done!

Most NCAA appearances (58)

Most CWS appearances (35)

Most NCAA tournament wins (235)

Most CWS wins (85)

But those aren’t conference totals.  Those are TEXAS totals.  Which illustrates why aggy could never brag about conference mates’ successes before, and why the Longhorns don’t have to :D

Tennessee Tech up 10-0 on Ole Miss in the 7th.

If Tennessee Tech beats Ole Miss twice today, they will travel to Austin for the Super Regional.

That would be like hosting Davidson in a Super Regional.

Ole Miss is the BEST offensive team in the sec!!

So you would rather play on the road in front 10,000 people than play at home?

Ole Miss is a great atmosphere. Those guys do their homework. They knew everything about my sons family background and made sure to let him know. It was awesome.

Good teams can win anywhere, always nice to sleep in your own bed though.
