Austin1985 Posted June 4, 2018 Report Posted June 4, 2018 PAM will run through that district like a hot knife through butter. But getting out of the region is another matter........ BMTSoulja1 1 Quote

Reagan Posted June 7, 2018 Report Posted June 7, 2018 With all these D1 players, Memorial should be a shoe-in for the State Championship! Quote

Lol. Their 2012 team was stacked with Top D1 talent and they were a few games away from state. That was PAM's most talented and best team AND they were a 6A team at that. A whole lot of intangibles go into state championships, but this isnt different than any other year. Memorial always has talent and kids that go on to the next level at some capacity. The difference is what will the coaching staff do with it. PAM had over 15 kids that got scholarships this past season (the most in school history) and they were just another good football team. PA4Real Posted June 7, 2018 Author Report Posted June 7, 2018 Memorial's achilles heel has always been there O line. There's always a guy here or there, but overall always average at best. With a good offensive line, they would have won probably 2 or 3 state championships by now with the skilled players they've had. dj 1 Quote

Austin1985 Posted June 11, 2018 Report Posted June 11, 2018 I dunno. I think Hightower and Friendswood are the favorite until proven otherwise Quote
PA4Real Posted June 12, 2018 Author Report Posted June 12, 2018 PAM's D is gonna be trouble for any team. Question is how many points can the offense put up with their new offense. We know Ladia can sling it and they have athletic Wrs. How good is the Oline and Rbs. Those are the questions. Austin1985 1 Quote

There is a starting db that is a really good rb, but he's around 5'9 or 5'10. The 2 rbs will be a sophmore and junior, neither are over 5'8. Quote
