It is same time next year for the Big Sandy Wildcats as they take on the New Deal Lions in this Class 2A State Semifinal!

Jacob Hooker's Wildcats reached this round with a bi-district sweep of Mumford (17-4, 11-1), an area round sweep of Weimar (1-0, 10-0), a regional quarterfinal sweep of Burton (8-1, 8-1), a 4-3 regional semifinal win over Mason and a Region IV finals sweep of Thorndale (13-3, 15-6).

New Deal, the champions of 3-2A, reached this round with a bi-district sweep of Smyer (13-5, 7-6), a 6-1 area round win over Wellington, a 2-1 regional quarters series win over Post (6-9, 15-8, 8-5), 2-1 regional semis series will over De Leon (1-11, 4-3, 7-1) and a Region I series sweep of Hawley (10-1, 4-3).

The winner of this game will face the winner of the Muenser/Woden semifinal which will be played immediately after this game.
