Good question.  I’m way out of my comfort zone discussing Law.  I do know she’s an Obama appointee.  I do question her prudence in this decision.  It reeks of political motivation instead of letter of the law.  Though I’m sure she has the right to do it, but is it really the right thing to do in this high profile politically charged case?  It stinks worse than the papermill in Evadale to me.
