KFDM COOP Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 kogtOrangefield's Jason Bourgeois is in his first year as head baseball coach of the Joshua Owls and he has the Hooters in a first place tie with Cleburne in District 8-4A at 3-0 after beating Stephenville Tuesday. Joshua is currently on a 7-game win streak after winning the FW Northside Tournament. Bourgeois was also an assistant coach at LC-M.
strosbros Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Congrats Coach Bourgeois! Coach Griff put in a few years at Joshua as a baseball coach before coming to LCM. Kind of makes the world a little smaller. Best of luck to a great young man, hope to hear more news on his continued success in Joshua.
TXBaseball Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Congrats to Jason. OISD definitely let a first class man slip away.
