I guess my comment is more to the fact that Silsbee closed the gap this season. And I hope no one gets me wrong. Silsbee is very talented. But I have no fate in that coaching staff.me personally bcz of them not knowing who the QB will be and with that coaching staff. And the struggles they have on stopping the run. I can't see how u pick against w.o to finish 2nd. KF89 1 Quote
Hagar Posted August 12, 2018 Report Posted August 12, 2018 For me, it’s a mental challenge to think of Nederland in forth place. In this new District, at least this year, it makes sense, but them bulldogs consistently play with as much heart as any team I’ve ever seen. Been doing it for 60 years that I know of. Quote

That game against Laporte is going to be tough! But United should beat CE King, Channelview, and Sterling. BMTSoulja1, Alpha Wolf, Austin1985 and 1 other 4 Quote

bullets13 Posted August 13, 2018 Report Posted August 13, 2018 I like the confidence, but it’s WOS’ district until someone takes it. dj and Tiger33 2 Quote
Raiders94 Posted August 13, 2018 Report Posted August 13, 2018 I don't see Lumberton at 3rd. I think that the Lumberton/Huffman game will be for district. Quote

Who says they don't know who the QB is? just a curious statement that should be more clear, than so vague. Quote

I think silsbee could be one of most potent offenses around if they were more of a perimeter team. And defense has to get better at stopping the run. Quote

ladybug33 Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 Any team playing WOS in West Orange trying to get a win, now that’s a hard task. The defense will be strong again for the Mustangs. Quote
Majestyk Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 Not too bad on the picks. If Silsbee comes on with it that would not shock the world. They still got it to do. This WO-S vs Crosby brings to mind the Richmond Foster series. Should be interesting. This version of WO-S reminds me of 2015, young but the potential to be very good. Next year it's everybody out of the pool. dj 1 Quote

H-D BOBCAT 55 Posted August 17, 2018 Report Posted August 17, 2018 I believe Hull-Daisetta has a good chance to beat Shelbyville and go down to the wire with Groveton. Would not be surprised if HD upsets some folks and finishes 2nd in District, 3rd at worst. Of course San Augustine is on another level. Quote
AggiesAreWe Posted August 27, 2018 Author Report Posted August 27, 2018 After scrimmages, might need to change a couple of picks. Quote
