anahuac's field is wierd..its the same all the way around....it is 352 everywhere, so that makes the corners pretty freakin deep...which kinda plays to anahuacs advantage, since we never have had a real power threat

Actually, Coach Wilroy and myself lasered the diminsions of our park in Woodville and they are as follows:

Left line - 306 (but has a 30 foot wall)

the end of the 30 foot wall is 353

scoreboard - 382

Light pole in LCF - 392

Center Field - 408

Light pole in RCF - 392

Right field line - 338

The predominent wind is a south wind which means straight in!

Since the park has been in use there has NEVER been a ball hit over the fence from the light poles in LCF to the pole in RCF!  Very few in right field anyway.

i dont know if anyone ever played at silsbee before the hurricane tore the fence down but it had to be the deeepest in setx... 330 down the lines and 410 in center. it took quite the jack to get it over the fence

I have played in all the before mentioned fields and PA Memeorial's is the deepest...unless you talk about WOS old field It's about 425 with a tree in the field of play!!!!
