One more scrimmage until the season starts for the Tigers to iron things out. The Freshman and JV start at 5:00 and Varsity will start at 6:45. TigerNation!!! Haven’t heard that school in a while. We (WOS) played them in the playoffs in 97 I believe. All I remember is they had those huge plastic riddel face masks. Man those things were ugly!! STiger85 Posted August 24, 2018 Author Report Share Posted August 24, 2018 Well, one thing about it is Silsbee's coaches has several things to work on after this scrimmage. Dropped passes, slow out of the box, out of position on defense, tackling, tackling, tackling!!! It did get better as the scrimmage went on, but things to work on. This was another hard hitting scrimmage. Brownsboro runs hard and hides the ball really good in the back field, gave us problems. After the first quarter we finally got our wits about us.
