BLUEDOVE3 Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 I can verify that the 1970 Wheatley team out of Houston were dunking in Junior High school, actually the school was a basketball factory disguised as a school. So maybe they should not be in the poll. Those guys were super-humans.
Icky3284 Posted August 28, 2007 Report Posted August 28, 2007 There was a kid from Woden about 8-10 years ago named Kyle Fountain, and he could absolutely fly. He was only about 5'-9" maybe 5'-10", but he could dunked anyway you wanted it. He actually made ESPN Sportcenter for a dunk he did at the Texas High School All-Star game.
Primetime0187 Posted September 6, 2007 Report Posted September 6, 2007 Keith " Tiny" Gallon is the best by far i mean at 6 foot 9 and only 15 years old on atascositas varsity he can dunk with the best and on the best.
Trad Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 Speaking of Burdest Jenkins I believe he will be dunking the ball for the Port Authur Seahawks this season. I believe they have picked up several quality players from this area and could have a team that will be able to compete with any of the schools in their conference.
shorttexas1 Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 Dominique Young from Central 2001 was a great dunker. I remember him dunking on Big Cantue and that other 6'9 big man fom Brook class of 2000 in the YMBL on a put back off the rim... The kid is only 6' tall!
