Remsing for Hardin complete game with the win.  Only a few hits on either side.  Game ended on a strange call at 2nd base...

slow roller to short, flips to 2nd to get that out and the player that had slid into 2nd jumped up and interfered with the feilder trying to make the throw to first, ump called them both out. 

Deweyville's pitcher, pitched the whole game also and did a good job too.

Not a strange call.  Called interference.  Both runner and batter/runner out by rule.

Hard one to take on the last play of the game, but it sounds correct.  Of course, umps have been known to be wrong.....

They changed this rule this year in college i dont know if its the same for highschool. The runner can slide straight into the base and even pop up as long as they dont go at the fielder away from the base. Like i said i dont know if its the same for high school but if it is the call was wrong but if its not then the right call was made. Just my 2 cents

Its goin really really well. 27-9 on the year 7-3 in conference. you need to get up here and bring the crew to give us a lil support. haha. Hope all is well for ya
