KFDM COOP Posted March 30, 2007 Author Report Posted March 30, 2007 WB scores 3 in the first with HR's by Serna and Armstrong.
MIF04 Posted March 31, 2007 Report Posted March 31, 2007 West Brook dominates and embarrasses Humble in their own park, 22-0. David Murphy throws 4 innings of shut out ball with 5th inning 1-2-3 from Steven Tubbs. Mark Serna and Bobby Armstrong with HRs. 15 runs in the 5th...5 or 6 pitching changes. One of the longest innings ever...
wg88pitcher Posted March 31, 2007 Report Posted March 31, 2007 WB is now averaging 10 runs a game in district! Hope they can keep it going against Channelview Tuesday. Great job Bruins. By the way, Murphy threw four innings and only 37 pitches, and Mark Serna was a double away from the cycle. he probably would have gotten it too, but after the tenth run in the fifth inning, coach Walton started playing the scrubs. Even the pitchers got to bat. ;D
redbird227 Posted March 31, 2007 Report Posted March 31, 2007 I hear josiah Svoboda got an at bat and took some hacks but came up empty...I aslo heard Sophmores Jordan Soper and Nathaniel Svoboda were on deck and in- the- hole.
ABCD14 Posted April 1, 2007 Report Posted April 1, 2007 This game was a joke. The Humble coaches did not even shake WB's hands after the game...
wg88pitcher Posted April 1, 2007 Report Posted April 1, 2007 The score could have been a lot worse if coach Walton wouldn't have set his starters on the bench and let the scrubs bat. The humble coaches should have thanked the WB coach.
