New all time high

The S&P 500 just hit an all time high.  If I take the "enlightened" point of view, I am compelled to say "Thank you, former President Obama".

Just to be clear, I’m merely ribbing Nash here.  I’m almost certain he and I would have similar opinions about the causes and effects of this and most market movements.
