BigTuna Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 Jasper still has to play BC twice. Go BC!! 12-7
Ty Cobb Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 Let's see; you have two very good hitting teams fighting for a chance at a district championship. Location gives the Bulldogs an advantage. There's nothing like a high stakes game in Jasper. Great atmosphere!!!Stringer on the mound gives BC an advantage. I think he is one of the better pitcher's that Jasper has seen this year. Who wants it more? Who wins........BRIDGE CITY CARDINALS
JoeBuck111 Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 of course meeks could have finished that game, he averaged 2 ks per in. coach bryant didn't give him a chance to finish the inning, the score would have been 6 to 4 BC

CraigS Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 What happens if BC and Jasper split, then Jasper beats Silsbee, all three have split, giving each of the top teams 2 losses........how will that be settled? If only two have same records with a split, they have a one game playoff!
Dawg 54 Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 I know this doesn't have anything to do with Jasper and BC, but the two games that Jasper had to move due the field being wet against HJ and Kirbyville, will they be made up in Jasper or played like they were set the first time?
ballboyz Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 62 to 96 then turn right on state street, right by modica brothers. field is on the left can't miss it. Beautiful park.
uniden Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 7 - 0 BCLets not get carried away here. Jasper is a great team and come tomorrow night they will once again prove that. I hope BC can bounce back after the Silsbee game. Too close for me to call! I wish both teams the best of luck.

Yes they should be in Jasper, usually when something like that happens in the first half of district they just swap site and play at the other place the next time. If it happens in the 2nd half they usually push it back to another day, or just try to get the game in.
adminbaberuth Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 Parson and Reagan very good pitchers for Jasper. With Stringer on the mound for BC, they have the advantage. Dishon has cooled off from non-district play, that should change shortly. Cards by 2.
