Pretty soon there won't be any rules.  I don't see a problem with the amendments...

Continues to give the schools with a better financial situation an advantage, but I see no problem with it.

Also, the schools with the better coaching staffs will have a distinct advantage, but they already do and that gap is getting wider every year.

Who needs rules. Its already to easy for kids to just transfer where they want. May as well let the coaches build what they have year round.
