Wes57 Posted April 9, 2006 Author Report Posted April 9, 2006 An update on the boy who got hurt last night. Was told he got hit directly in the face with a pitch and had 5 teeth knocked out. A very unfortunate accident.

Wes57 Posted April 11, 2006 Author Report Posted April 11, 2006 Hope he is going to be OK. Sounds like a bad deal. I was misinformed. He actually had one tooth broken and suffered a broken jaw. He has been in Herman Hospital since Friday and had a plate inserted into his jaw today. Probably get out tommorrow or day after. I was at the Liberty - Tarkington game tonight which Tarkington won 6-2, and talked to a lady who went and visited him today. He is a tough kid and I'm sure he'll be back next season. He's just a Soph.
