Is there no way to keep that type of stuff from getting past the registration process of something?

I know they can block IP addresses, but that only helps if they use the same computer/tablet/phone.

 It is set to where we have to approve new members.  The Chinese bots are getting past that somehow.  Hopefully they stay out of our elections in November.
