For China out it's China Inn, in Groves, TX!!!  Great flavor to eat, while reading the Hackers writing on site.

In all seriousness.. probably buying sushi at HEB would be better than most in my opinion.  Unless you're a fan of the usual fast food Chinese food court type experience.  Egg rolls, breaded chicken/shrimp in various different sauces and spices, fried rice... all of that seems cookie cutter to me as far as Chinese food.  Other than that I'm thinking just find a Hibachi grill.

Drive to Houston and eat at China Garden across from the Toyota Center. Unbelievably good.

Wok Delight in Port Neches has THE BEST crab puffs....and everything else is pretty good to.

Lol. that is about the only place I go for Chinese food.  If you want Japanese food, Sake is good.
