The Silsbee Tigers will travel a long way for their final pre-district game as they take on the Longview Spring Hill Panthers.  Randy Smith's Tigers are 2-3 on the season after a 35-13 win over Lumberton last week.  Meanwhile, the Panthers, 2-3 on the season, come off of a 21-10 loss to Malakoff last week.

Silsbee comes in after a three hour bus ride and beats Spring Hill on their Homecoming 21-6. A tough, hard fought game. Safe travels home Silsbee. TigerNation!!!

Yea, Tigers looked sluggish after that long bus ride.  

But our O-Line will need to block better.  You can't be playing patty cake with the d linemen.  I see the fullback is hit and miss on his blocks too.  Block and you'll get running room.  We have a pretty good QB so when we do pass, it will be good.  We just have to keep the real threat of a running game by blocking well and this game is a blowout....

 

Spring Hill had nothing but the QB on the option keeper and the short passing that was stopped in the second half...
