Hagar
Several days ago, while going after bar-b-q, I was listening to one of the conservatives on KLVI (Rush-Hannity-Berry?). He said that of all the laws the progressive left has established, 85% were created by judges rendering decisions, not by Congress. We all know Obama stacked the lower courts, evidently to perpetuate this trend. I’m certainly no lawyer, but I think these decisions will remain law until/if they’re ever brought before SCOTUS, which of course has the last say. IF most of the above is true, many of these laws will probably be overturned, turning the progressive agenda into a train wreck. We can only hope. BS Wildcats
Still trying to figure out why women think it is their right to murder someone. I learned at an early age that murder could get you the death penalty or life in prison. Hopefully, Roe v. Wade will one day be overturned. Fed gov should have no say in this. But we could say that about so many other issues. Hagar

It is not illegal according to the SC...that’s why I say take it back to the states. I believe every state would make on demand abortion illegal. Hopefully, the SC will someday overturn their own ruling.

I don’t want the unborn to be protected depending on who is on the SC...it won’t always be weighted conservative. I agree it’s murder...that is a state crime. 77
i think the biggest reason that most of the left hates him is because Trump nominated him. Most of the mob left has no idea about those lower court judges they just accept their marching orders and hate as directed.

Just like this FBI investigation, the leftards were not changing their votes no matter what. They knew the evidence was not there, yet still screamed for the FBI to get involved. You are right about it being a Trump nominee, if Kavanaugh had been selected by the chosen idiot, obama, he would have been confirmed without this crap. Keep it up Trump, MAGA!!!!!!! 77
PhatMack19
In one day on the bench, Justice Kavanaugh has now hired as many African-American Supreme Court clerks as Justice Ginsburg has in her entire SCOTUS tenure (and her 13-years on the DC Circuit, too).
